Happy Friday luvvs! As you may have noticed from following us on Instagram (@hello_luvvy), a couple weekends ago I represented the Hello Luvvy team at SBScon (Southern Blog Society Conference) in Charleston, South Carolina. Hello Luvvy joined the Southern Blog Society a little over a year ago and we have really enjoyed being a member of this blogging community. This was my first time to go to a blogging conference and also my first time in Charleston, so you can imagine my excitement. The conference kicked off with a fabulous, albeit hot, patio cocktail party sponsored by Swoozie's. I didn't know a single girl attending the conference, but I quickly realized that didn't even matter. These 75 other bloggers were so sweet and welcoming, and many of them had already heard of Hello Luvvy. How cool is that?!Everything provided by Swoozie's was absolutely adorable!
One of the first sweet bloggers I met was J from Bless Her Heart Y'all.
Pictured from left: myself, then Nina from Law of Fashion, Kristin from The Fancy Things and Stephanie from A Sparkle Factor. I'd say these girls know a thing or two about fashion. So cute!
Before leaving the cocktail party we were all given a notepad with our name and blog name from Swoozie's. Day one was definitely a success.
Day two started off with a luvvly breakfast at the Charleston Place Grill before heading over to the Riviera Theater for the conference.
Obviously, I think my new friends are hilarious! Meet Kaelya of Kaelya.com, Aubry from Finding Beautiful Truth, and Sarah from 702 Park Project. They are my people.
Conference Time!
There were some really awesome speakers at the conference. We talked strategy with the editors of EspnW and People Style Watch and had a panel discussion with the brand ambassadors of Lilly Pulitzer and Kendra Scott. We also talked design strategy and photography with some other amazing speakers.
The two ladies behind the Southern Blog Society, Cathy and Jessica.
When all the speakers had finished the curtains behind them opened up to a room full of sponsor booths. It was a total Oprah moment, y'all! We took home some serious swag. Here are just a few of my favorite booths.
The next morning we said our farewells at final brunch at the Charleston Place Grill sponsored by Hallmark Signature Style.
There was a photo booth!

As an adult, we don't always get the chance to get out of our comfort zone and meet new people. It is fun and refreshing. I loved the city of Charleston and the conference was amazing.
Until next year!
