As I mentioned last week, I am in full on nesting mode. This goes especially for the nursery. Today I will share with you how to make this little piece of wall art I made for my sweet boy's room.
You will need:
-An embroidery hoop
-A solid piece of fabric that will fit inside the embroidery hoop
First, I fit the large piece of solid fabric inside the embroidery hoop, making sure it was pulled tight. Next, I cut small triangles roughly the same size out of scrap felt and fabric. Once I arranged the triangles into two strands of pennants as seen above, I stitched along the tops of the triangles with the embroidery thread. What do you luvvies think? I plan on including it on a gallery wall in my nursery to add a little shape-variation. Hopefully I will be able to share that with you all soon!!
