A Week's Worth of Freezer Meals

zitimain I've just planned your next week of food by making you a guide to a week's worth of freezer meals. As I get closer to my due date (FOUR WEEKS Y'ALL - OH EM GEEEE), one of the tips I keep reading over and over is to stock your fridge! Freezer meals are life! Have a month worth of food ready! I've been wanting to make more freezer meals anyway, so I thought this was the perfect time to research the yummiest sounding ones. Instead of scouring the internet for some meal inspiration, let me do all the work for you. The best part is that if you prep all of these on a Sunday or Saturday, you will have a week's worth of meals whenever you want! Think of how beautiful that is-- a whole week where you don't have to cook anything, you just pop something in the oven, on the stove, or in a crockpot for a little bit and boom, done. No prep or grocery shopping for a whole week. Amen luvvs, am I right?! 1. Monday - Baked Ziti ziti 2. Tuesday - Veggie Burgers veggieburger 3. Wednesday  - Spaghetti Casserole spaghetticasserole 4. Thursday - Chicken and Rice Casserole Freezer-Chicken-Rice-Casserole 5. Friday  - Chicken Enchilada Casserole chicken-enchilada-casserole-ck 6. Saturday - Healthy Mac and Cheese healthy-mac-and-cheese-recipe 7. Sunday - Broccoli Quinoa Casserole chickendivan While I have seven different recipes here for a week, I'll tell you that this would probably last my family about two weeks instead of one. Which is just a giant plus for us: two weeks of meals! However, if you have a bigger family, it'll probably only be a week worth of meals.
