5 must have beauty products every girl should know

1. Clarisonic

clarisonicLadies if you have considered buying this product but can't seem to pull the trigger because of cost, I am here to tell you that it is absolutely worth it. From a girl with slightly troubled skin this product evens out skin tone, shrinks pores, and keeps your skin glowing and fresh. Part of the reason why this product is so great is that it actually enhances any creams you are using for anti-wrinke, anti-acne, etc. I have been using this product daily over the past year and my skin looks and feels better than ever. The Clarisonic can be purchased at Ulta, Dillards, or online with the Clarisonic Mia starting at $125 (in my opinion the Mia is all you need).

2. Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner

6802700_320x385After visiting a few dermatologist in my day, they all recommend this toner by Neutrogena for all skin conditions (too dry, too oily).  It prevents over drying after washing your face and can help even out skin tone.  If you are a no makeup kind of girl, you can rinse your face with water then apply this toner and a light moisturizer for glowing naked skin. This toner can be purchased at any drug store for around $7.

3. Batiste Dry Shampoo

batiste dry shampoo

Okay ladies according to this article most American Women are still over washing their hair. I too was once there. I would complain that my hair was too oily to not wash everyday, but the truth is that over washing causes your body to create more oil and in turn making your hair and scalp oily. I discovered batiste dry shampoo about a year ago and I absolutely luvv it! I have tried a handful of dry shampoos and batiste original is my absolute favorite. The best part about moving toward dry shampoo is that you only have to style your hair about twice a week. Saves on time and energy which we all need! Batiste can be purchased at Ulta for about $8.

4. Burt's Bees ChapStick

Moisturizing your lips should be a daily regimen and Burt's Bees Beeswax is my favorite chapstick. You only need to apply once in the morning and once at night. It isn't one of those chapsticks that you feel you need to apply every hour or so. And to add some color that isn't overwhelming for a day look, I use Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in Cherry. The color is red, but it isn't a matte red so you can wear it any time and not feel over made-up. You can purchase these at your local drug store for around $5.

5. Vitafusion Women's Multi-Vitamins

Not to get all nursey on you dearies but beauty starts within, and a daily multivitamin is very important. I will admit I was very hesitant to jump on the gummy vitamin craze, but since breaking down and buying these I actually take the vitamin everyday rather than once or twice a week. These satisfy that fruit roll-up crave (whaa? ..yes) while giving you the vitamins and minerals your body needs. These can be purchased at your local drug store for about $12.
