12 Must Haves for Every Girl Traveling Abroad

Hello Luvvies! My name is Emily and I am interning this Summer for Hello Luvvy. I recently returned home from a study abroad trip in Europe and these items are the ultimate must haves and necessities. As an American traveler, I learned that most of the Europeans are trés chic. I wanted to fit in as much as possible and stuck mostly to black clothing and accessories. No one wants to be labeled as a tourist! Emily's-Travel-GuideEXTRAS 1. Basic Black Bathing Suit: This bathing suit is perfect for a day out on Lake Como or the beach! 2. Black Birkenstock Sandals: Birkenstocks are known for being comfortable and great for walking on all the cobble stones. 3. Kate Spade Passport Holder: Passport holders are a must! You definitely don't want to lose your passport while abroad. 4. High Neck Black Romper: Rompers are perfect for traveling. You can add a blazer for a business casual occasion, or bare your shoulders for your city excursions. 5. Anthropologie Archetype Sunglasses: The weather in Europe can be very warm and sunny. These sunglasses are the perfect accessory to add some sass to an outfit while protecting your eyes. 6. Coach Cross Body Bag: Since you will be walking through busy streets, you will want to have your purse close to your body! 7. Anthropologie All Black Perf Laceups: You will want to have a nicer pair shoes during your time abroad. Flats are great for a night out on the town. 8. Blemish Recover Balm and SPF: Protecting your skin is a must whether you are abroad or traveling in America. 9. Travel Size Dry Shampoo: Traveling can turn your hair into a tragedy. Dry shampoo is the key to keeping your hair looking flawless! 10. Kate Spade Power Charger: While I was abroad I took so many pictures! Since this drained the battery on my phone, a travel charger was great for a quick recharge. 11. Cleansing Wipes: Returning back to the hotel to freshen up can be a hassle. Cleansing wipes are a convenient way to keep your skin fresh and clean. 12. Travel Brush: A normal sized hair brush will take up too much room in your purse. A travel brush is the perfect size to carry. Until next time! Emily Emily is a fashion major at the University of Arkansas and an intern at Hello Luvvy. She loves traveling and cooking. Real Housewives is her trashy TV show of choice. Emily is a senior and plans to start her masters in January of 2016.
